Hi Sarah and Stacy,
The growth in my eye is a benign dermoid cyst. I had it removed two years ago, and I noticed it had grown back again. It is not too serious, but both times I have had to have surgery to take it out (its a pretty minor surgery - you are in and out the same day). My doctor is an orbital and plastic surgeon.
